Our Mission
Our goal at Women's Health Connection is to provide comprehensive, compassionate care for the whole woman. We are an enthusiastic team, excited about caring for our patients and promoting their lifelong well-being. Our experience staff will treat women who visit our clinic with the utmost tact and respect. We strive to be clear in our communications with you regarding their condition, treatment, options and finances.

Staying on time...
We aim to make you feel as comfortable as possible during your visit, while providing you with top quality care. We value your time and make every attempt to stay on time, and keep your waiting time minimal. In order to be able to stay on our schedule, we ask that you try to have your new patient or follow-up paperwork completed ahead of time, and arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for checking in.

We do request that any copays are paid at the time you check in, and that you make every attempt to provide us with at least 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment.

Communicating with you..
Our preferred method of informing you of test results, reminding you of upcoming appointments, and answering questions is by secure email. Secure email allows us to get your results and answers back to you as soon as possible, while protecting your private health care information. It also allows you to access and read them on your own time. A copy of these emails is kept on your chart. Of course, you can always call us as well, and if your prefer for us to call or send results in the regular mail system, we will certainly make every effort to accommodate your request.

Maintaining your records...
Our office maintains an electronic medical record on every patient. Part of this chart (summaries, demographic data, medications, allergies, diagnosis) will soon be available for patient's to view online if they wish using secure methods. Electronic medical records have been proven to improve patient safety, and are more reliable and efficient than paper records. Your complete or partial records can easily be easily accessed and quickly faxed directly from our servers to any party you request us to send them to.
